- Use salad spritzers to help count calories – it feels like you get more on your salad then measuring it out
- Make brown rice taste better boil it in fat free or low sodium chicken or beef broth instead of water
- Always eat dark lettuce leaves – head lettuce is full of water and has no nutritienal value
