J. Douglas entered the radio industry at the tender age of 15 in a small town in Northeastern Oklahoma... His career exploded only nine months later when he was employed at Tulsa's powerhouse and market leader K95 in 1989.

J. has worked mainly in the Tulsa and Oklahoma City Markets and is a recently honorably discharged Veteran of the US Army.

He enjoys music, traveling, the performing arts, the great outdoors, and spending time with friends at a nearby lake. J's hobbies include taking long naps, eating excessively, and working out.
