2008 Radiothon a HUGE Success!

The 2nd annual "K95.5FM Cares for Kids Radiothon" in July, 2008 raised over $170,000 for The Children's Hospital at Saint Francis! Thanks to all the generous K95.5FM listeners who called up and donated money to the new Children's Hospital at Saint Francis. You are all truly lifesavers!

And this event would not have been possible without the remarkable staff at The Children's Hospital at Saint Francis! Without fail, every parent/grandparent/sibling, etc. we talked with told us the entire staff of doctors, nurses, specialists, office staff...even the janitorial staff...were the most professional people they have ever dealt with and they treat every patient like "family." Our hats off to our friends at The Children's Hospital at Saint Francis!



But...now it's almost time for the 2009 radiothon. The dates this year are June 30th and July 1st and we'll again be broadcasting live from the lobby of the brand new Children's Hospital at Saint Francis!

We hope you tune is as we devote 2 days to pay back our community. We've been given the opportunity to favorably impact the lives of children in the Tulsa area...children who are our listeners, your friends, family and neighbors. You may hear some different voices on K95 during the Radiothon as we turn our microphones to the REAL heroes in our community...little folks who are medically-challenged and ABSOLUTELY dependent on you and all of us to help them thrive and survive.

So be listening on June 30th and July 1st ...and PLEASE, open up your hearts and your pocketbooks to help raise money to provide medical care and hope for all of our future...the kids in our community!

The best news is not only does 100% of the money raised from at the "K95 Cares for Kids Radiothon" stay right here in Tulsa to help furnish life-saving care and services at the new Children's Hospital at Saint Francis...but not ONE PENNY of it goes to administrative costs or other uses. It is ALL used to benefit the children who so desparately need the world-class care given at The Children's Hospital!
